(0:01) Hi, today I'd like to walk you through a demo of the MeasureOne dashboard. MeasureOne is the leading consumer permission data platform that spans multiple data domains, including voie, education, employment, income, and insurance. That said, we are domain agnostic, which means we are able to go to market rapidly with new data domains for our partners.
(0:23) Now, for today's demo, I'm going to show you how to send a VOIE data request to a user from our self-service dashboard. Upon login to the dashboard, you'll land here on the home page where you'll find an overview of your data requests sent with their corresponding status. You can also find get started guides and FAQs and our most recent MeasureOne blogs, all designed to help you uncover all that consumer permission data can do for your business as well as learn more about what you can do with the dashboard.
(0:57) Now, let's go ahead and send a data request. You can either use this quick link, "Create a Data Request", or you can go here to the left-hand nav, "Data Requests > New Data Request". Here, you'll find all of the users you've sent a data request to in the past. If you will be sending an additional one to an existing user, you can just find them here and send the request that way. But for the purpose of this demo, let's go ahead and add a new user.
(1:28) So, I'm going to add a new user. This is where you input their details, and you're going to want to make sure "Initiate a New Data Request" for Ilana in this case is checked. Now, click "Next". Here, you can select the type of data request you will be sending. As mentioned, I will be doing voie or verification of income and employment for this particular demo.
(1:59) So, once you select that, you just want to confirm that everything here looks good. The default for the expiration of a data request is three days, but you can edit that here. Go ahead and click "Next". Now, just make sure that this would be the name of your business, which you can always adjust here in the settings. And again, if everything looks good, click "Next".
(2:25) And you can send your user the request via email and text, email only, text only, or you can choose "None of the Above". Draft your own custom communication, in which case we would provide you with the link to include. I'm going to go ahead and select "Send Email Only", and this is where I can preview the email that will be sent to Ilana.
(2:51) So, once that looks good, I'm going to click "Create Data Request", and that will send the email to my user and initiate the process. Now, your user is going to receive the email that we just previewed and be taken through an optimized flow to complete the voie request with MeasureOne.
(3:11) Once they have completed the request, you will receive an email notifying you, and you can also go here to "Users > All Users", click on the user whose data you'd like to review, and here you'll find the summary reports and associated documents for the completed request.
(3:33) As you can see here, we have a completed voie request for Ilana. If I go to "Reports", I can click on "Income and Employment Details" and find all of the associated data points that are required, employment dates, income, and so on. Additionally, if you click on "Documents", you can see here all of the associated pay stubs that came through with the completion of the request. And that's it. So, it's very simple.
(4:06) If you're interested in seeing the user experience when completing the VOIE request or if you'd like to view the process for other data request types on the platform, go ahead and check out measureone.com/videos. Thanks for watching
What is Consumer-Permissioned Data?
Consumer-permissioned data puts the consumer at the center of each and every data transaction. Businesses obtain explicit permission from the consumer to access and use their personal data directly from their primary data source, typically consumer credentialed accounts.
