Our obligations with respect to information and data we receive are to our customers; persons who upload or submit information and data to us at the request of our customers should first contact that customer about information and data that MeasureOne may possess. If our customer requests, in writing, that we remove personal information and data of any person to comply with data protection regulations, MeasureOne will respond to that written request within thirty (30) days after its receipt.
MeasureOne will refer any request for disclosure of personal data by a law enforcement authority to the customer to which the request relates. Global Privacy Considerations
Personal information collected by MeasureOne may be stored and processed in the United States or in any other country where MeasureOne or its affiliates, subsidiaries or third-party service providers maintain facilities. European Privacy Rights
MeasureOne will process personal information and data for the legitimate interests of MeasureOne, or, when legally required, with explicit consent. If a user provided consent for the processing of personal information, the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before that consent was withdrawn. A user has the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal information and data, as well as the right to restrict processing, object to processing, and under certain circumstances the right to data portability. A user has the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if the user believes that we have not complied with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation with regard to any personal information and data.
